Snow Event 2/22/2013

February 23, 2013 Posted by PlowBoss

The snow event of 2/22 was exceptionally challenging for us due to the time and nature of the snow. It started to fall late, and required us to work through rush hour. We appreciate the patience of all our gracious clients, since we are all at the mercy of our tumultuous weather. We do the best we can to make the most efficient and economic decisions for us and our clients. This event was unique because our main truck suffered a crippling mechanical failure early this morning. We immediately put our spare truck into service, but lost some valuable time in the process. Even still we had all our obligations cleared within ten hours, and for this we are proud. Please remember to check the service updates section during snow events for the latest information concerning our management practices. Thank you and have a great rest of the winter.
